Troop 481 Ski Trip Information
Cost: $159 for bus and lift tickets, $89 for Bus Only
*Cost does not include meals or rentals.
When: Sunday, February 27, 2022
Where: Wintergreen Resort
Depart: Ski World, 2013 Laskin Road, VB at 4:30 am
Return: Ski World at 9 pm
Wintergreen is only renting equipment to overnight guests. Please plan on using your own equipment or renting from Ski World. The cost is $25 for skis, $30 for boards. If renting from Ski World, you will need to go to be fitted and reserve rentals prior to the trip, pick up rentals on Friday 2/26, and return on Sunday 2/28 for the one-day rental cost. There will be no pickup or drop off of rented equipment on the day of the trip.
Please note, your rental will not include a helmet. Scout safety policy requires the use of a helmet for downhill skiing. You must provide your own helmet.
First time/novice skiers are highly encouraged to set up and purchase beginner classes in advance of the trip through the Wintergreen Website: Wintergreen Resort: Premier Blue Ridge Mountain Ski, Golf, Tennis, Spa and Family Vacation Resort in Virginia Please notify the adult lead that your scout will be taking a class so we can ensure he gets to the class and has an adult from the troop nearby.

Please sign up and submit all forms and money by 2/3/22 to guarantee a spot on the bus. Sign-ups later than 2/3/22 will be accepted only if space remains on the bus. Trip sign up closes 2/17/22.
